Refund & Returns Policy — Unibutec Clothing Company

We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

1. Print-on-Demand Notice

All products are printed on demand through Printify. Because each item is made especially for you, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Send the following to sac@unibutec.com.br:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund.

3. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. After confirmation, a replacement will be issued.

4. Wrong Address

If the customer provides an incorrect address, we cannot offer refunds. Reorders must be placed at the customer’s expense.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Used or washed items
