Shipping Policy — Unibutec Clothing Company

All orders are produced and shipped through our fulfillment partner Printify.

1. Processing Time

Each product is made to order. Production time: 2–5 business days.

2. Shipping Time

Average delivery after production:

• Canada: 5–12 business days
• United States: 5–12 business days
• International: 10–25 business days

3. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

4. Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, customs, holidays, or carrier issues. These delays are outside our control.

5. Lost Packages

If a package is lost, we will contact the carrier and issue a replacement after confirmation.

6. Wrong Address

If the customer enters an incorrect address, we are not responsible for non-delivery.

7. Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
